Dr. Kovács Márton

Dr. Kovács Márton graduated from the Law Faculty at Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) in 2002, and the ELTE and Université Panthéon-Assas Paris II (France) joint program in French and European law (taught in the French language) in 2004. He began his legal career in 2000 at Nagy and Trócsányi Law Firm, and later in 2003 at Martonyi and Kajtár Baker & McKenzie Law Firm, as part of the real estate, litigation and tax divisions until 2006, when he opened his own office. Dr. Márton Kovács is fluent in English and French.

Dr. Márton Kovács specializes in advising clients in complex finance transactions, including real estate, acquisition and project financings. He has particular expertise in hotel law. His legal expertise includes real estate and M&A as well as legal due diligence and general commercial law matters.
