Dr. Völgyesi András

Dr. Völgyesi András graduated from the Faculty of Law at Eötvös Loránd University in 1990. He began his legal career in 1992 at HONTVÁRI AND PARTNER LAW FIRM. He has been a member of the Budapest Bar since 1993. Upon passing the bar, he entered into private practice with Dr. Zoltán Csehi (LLM), counting DELOITTE & TOUCHE TAX ADVISORS AND AUDITORS KFT. as a regular client, whom they advised in company, commercial and real estate law matters. In 2000, Dr. András Völgyesi opened his own law firm.

He specializes in M&A, and is an expert in investment in and development of greenfield, industrial, commercial and residential projects. He has particular expertise in the buying up of real estate quota holdings, development and zoning of agricultural areas, cooperation in developing master plans, change of use regarding thermal spring areas and rezoning of nonurban areas to urban areas. He has continuously advised numerous Hungarian and international law firms in this regard. In addition, he has gained extensive experience in the field of waste management, especially the collection and utilization of electronic waste. His professional experience further includes advising clients in general commercial and company law matters.
